We are excited about the approval of Cotton Commons, which is a 40-acre rezone that was recently approved by Goodyear City Council! The unique product type will provide a 205-unit BTR (Build-To-Rent) community on the eastern side of the site paired with a 400-unit traditional apartment complex on the western side.
