**BANYAN NORTHBEND** Posted @withregram • @toddandassociates Project update! We are excited to see the exterior and framing going up at Banyan Northbend in Tempe, Arizona. Banyan Northbend reimagines a 16.72-acre largely industrial site along the Southwest corner of Curry and Miller Road into a multi-phase mixed-use development. The first phase of the project will introduce 310 units and will total 651 units when the project is complete.
