The Boyer Company is working with the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority and the City of Mesa to develop design guidelines for the 273-acre site on the SWC of Ray and Ellsworth. With guidelines set, development of the 1st Phase (100 ac) can commence! The master plan for the site includes 50% industrial, 32% office, 9.5% retail, and 6.25% hospitality.
