A new proposal has been submitted to the City of Scottsdale Development Review Board to develop the vacant properties directly east of Scottsdale Fashion Square by luxury apartment developer, ZOM Living. The development will create a sense of place, where vacant lots have existed for years. The project includes two multifamily buildings with ground floor retail space and valuable improvements to the pedestrian connectivity in the surrounding the area.
